I have been taking high dosage of vitamin C daily, anywhere between 2 to 6 grams, spread over the day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and just before going to bed.
Back in 2003 after two or more heart attacks I was inspired by Maththias Rath’s book “WHY ANIMALS DON’T GET HEART ATTACKS – BUT PEOPLE DO!” to take vitamin C. Since that time I have had no more heart attacks or chest pains.
