Boost energy, relax and be happy

I follow 11 of the 12 items listed on this poster from Dave Sommers. Eleven items are part of my lifestyle program for a healthy life. (Only Epson Salt is not part of my lifestyle.)

Green smoothie full of green leaves boosts energy, walnuts and almonds feed the brain, water reduces stress, while oats and peppers ease depression.

Eye test March 2013

One year after my previous eye test when the results showed a defintive improvement in both eyes: from -4.0 to -2.75. This time I had hoped to see further improvement.

Well there were small changes to be seen but on the whole the change was not enough to shout about. In any case it was not getting worse. Reason to continue with diet and eye exercises and I will see what happens in spring of 2014.
