Superfoods are not just those found in the Himalays or the Amazon rain forest but also all vegetables and fruits found locally. Only difference is that they are not exotic sounding or easy to market at a high price.

In my opinion all items mentioned on this chart are Super Foods: full of antioxidants, vitamins, fiber , sugars, essential fats and nutrients . I refer to this list whenever I go out shopping for groceries.

Google extends life to 150

How? I hear you asking. Well if you got to club150s.com via google search then you are now on your way to extending your life. Take you time to browse through the posts and health tips. Follow the tips to suit your needs. Results can be seen in less than a month.

Google and other search engines actually only confirm your own thoughts. For instance I spent the first six months after my heart attack searching the internet for information about heart disease. Well I came across lots of information on drugs, cholesterol, diabetes, stents, bypass surgery: on pump and off pump and many other treatments but never never anything related to reversing heart disease. But once I started to search on natural cures, Ornish, Pritkin then suddenly google and yahoo opened up a totally wondrous world. One which has led me to write this site.

Midlife crisis at 75 or later

My friend is giving a midlife crisis party at 41. If I am going to live to be 150 then I expect midlife crisis to hit me when I am 75 years. That is ten years after my pension date,assuming the government does not change the pension age to 70. But still it will be a lot easier crisis then around 40 years.

Live to be 150..

Doctors, scientists, longevity experts and many others claim that there are people living among us now who will easily live to be 150.  When I read this a couple of years ago I thought this could be me.

I mean why not?  Why not me? After all I have survived dyssentry, measles, malaria, hepatitis, flu fever on many occassions and two heart attacks when I was fifty.

In 2003 I was given 6 to 18 months to live if I did not undergo heart bypass surgery. After reading a book by Dr. Rath and Dr. Ornish I made a decision to cancel my heart bypass operation as advised by my specialist(s) and started on an experiment with lifestyle changes.

I can not say that my arteries are now clean beacuse the doctor is not interested in further testing but I can say that I am still alive and in good health. In fact I dare to say that my health is still improving a little by little everyday.
