1 can (15 ounce / 420 gram) chickpeas drained
1 small onion
1 small tomato
1 tablespoon chilli sauce (or cayenne pepper or cajun sauce or any other tasty sauce)
Drain the can of chickpeas and pour into a bowl. Finely chop the onion and tomato and add to the chickpeas. Sprinkle some coriander powder and add spicy sauce and mix the whoe lot. It is now ready to eat.
Variation: Lemon chickpeas
Try some lemon juice on the chickpeas mix with or without the spicy sauce.
