Touch of Green Fruit Smoothie


1 banana
1 kiwi
10 strawberries
10 cherries
1 handful of green leaf vegetable (spinach)
1/2 cucumber sliced
8 tsp flaxseeds (or walnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds etc.)
200 ml water
100 ml non-fat yoghurt

Directions: (makes about 1 liter)

Add all the ingredients in a blender: banana, kiwi, strawberries, cherries, flaxseeds, cucumber slices, green leaves and water. Blend at high speed for about a minute. It is ready to drink.
